HAND CRAFTED TINGSHA (CYMBAL) IS MADE OF SEVEN METAL ALLOY OF BRONZE EXCLUSIVELY MADE BY THE TIBETAN COMMUNITY OF LINGTSANG IN NORTHERN INDIA WHERE TRADITIONAL METAL CRAFTS SUPPORT THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. TIBETAN TINGSHAS ARE SMALL PRAYER CHIMES USED BY BUDDHIST MONKS , HOLISTIC HEALTH PRACTITIONERS AND MEDITATION GROUPS. THEY ARE OFTEN USED TO BEGIN AND END A MEDITATION, A TEACHING , OR FOR SPACE CLEARING TO REMOVE NEGATIVE ENERGIES. THEY ARE ALSO USED BY BUDDHIST MASTERS TO BRING A STUDENT BACK INTO FOCUS WHEN HIS MIND WANDERS DURING MEDITATION.
